How it works: One conditioner tank is in service and the other tank is on standby or regenerating at any given time. A central control monitors water use, when the on line conditioner is about to be exhausted, the control puts the standby unit on line, regenerates the exhausted conditioner with treated water from the on line unit, then places the fresh tank on standby. All of this is done with only 1 wet moving part exposed to the raw water.

How they work:

   The timer initiated control regenerates the conditioner at a preset interval. This is cost effective when the water use is consistent over time. The control can be set to regenerate every 12, 6, 4, 3, 2 days, or daily if needed.

    The meter initiated control counts the gallons of water used. When you reach the set point, the system will regenerate the next time it is 2am (or any time you select). This system reduces the chance that you would run out of conditioned water during heavy demand, and prevents unnecessary regenerations if your use is low.
