Contract Operator

We can provide operator services for your facility. For us, it’s not about selling you a piece of equipment, it is about forming a partnership with our clients. We both work toward the same goals of providing safe drinking water in a cost effective way that satisfies all regulatory requirements.

When we act as your operator of record, it helps you utilize your staff time without having down time for continuing Education training and seminars. We also act as the go between with the DEP and represent your best interests in getting you into compliance with regulations without the stress of responding to DEP questions yourself. We help you understand what you need to correct and offer you solutions to the problems in a way that works for you.

We train your staff to do the daily functions and have them email the results to us for review and compliance verification. Should you have a problem, we can rapidly respond by phone to have your staff make minor adjustments, or respond to your site to facilitate repairs with our well stocked trucks.

We put all of your daily readings into an excel file for each month. This provides a complete log for DEP compliance and maintenance troubleshooting when needed.

We will coordinate all DEP permitting and inspections when required. Should an event occur, we will also help write any public notices and complete all certification forms for your signature.

One of our biggest areas we help with are DEP monitoring waiver applications. We have been dealing with the waiver application process since it first came out & understand what the DEP requires before they can consider granting a monitoring waiver.
